II All-Russian Art Exhibition "Pastel of Russia" - a joint cultural and artistic project of the State Regional Art Museum "Liberov Center" and the Omsk branch of the All-Russian Union of Artists of Russia, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the People's Artist of the RSFSR,
Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts , laureate of the State Prize named after I.E. Repin Alexei Nikolaevich Liberov. The II All-Russian Art Exhibition "Pastel of Russia" is attended by 213 authors from 40 cities of the country.
The exposition includes 450 works, so it takes place at four sites: in the Historical Park "Russia - My History", the Liberov Center, the Museum named after M.A. Vrubel and the House of Artists, where the opening took place. - "Pastel of Russia" is perhaps one of the most important cultural events in our region, - said Yury TROFIMOV, Minister of Culture of the Omsk Region, at the opening. Made a trip from Novosibirsk to Omsk to see everything with my own eyes.
